Mess.
Kai casually walked into the bathroom to wash up while Lisa stared into space as she did not know how to react.
As Kai walked out of the bathroom, he found Lisa standing by the window, deep into thoughts. Kai hugged her from the back and whispered, time to get changed, we're are heading out for lunch.
.....
"I'll agree to eat with you but you're going home after this."
"Okay okay I promise." Kai replied reluctantly.
They ate nearby and they went home separately. Kai wanted to send Lisa back home but she insisted on going back herself.
Lisa's phone rang while she was busy unpacking her luggage. It was Kai.
"Hello, how can I help you" Lisa answered in a mocking tone.
"I'm home. Are you home?"
"Yeah"
"What are you doing now? Are you bored? Do you need me to come over?"
"No."
"Lisa stop trying to play hard to get! It's getting onto my nerves."
"Well, we're just playing roles reverse aren't we? You used to treat me like that."
"Why are you being like this? I'm sorry okay. Don't be so cold to me." Kai coaxed.
"Erm... AHHHHH!" Lisa screamed as she heard an explosion in the kitchen. She ran to the kitchen. She totally forgot about boiling water in the kitchen. The water evaporated and the pot exploded.
"WHAT HAPPENED?!"
"LISA???"
"ARE YOU THERE?!"
Lisa stared at the mess with her mouth agape. Oh no. After a few seconds, she finally regained her senses and managed to answer Kai.
"The pot exploded. The kitchen looks terrible."
"It's your fault! You..."
Before Lisa could finish the sentence, Kai hung up. 20 minutes later, someone was knocking on the door.
It was Kai.
Lisa let him in and the first thing he did was to check if she sustained any injury.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah, but the kitchen is not."
They planned to clean the kitchen but realised that the electricity supply was cut. Probably the explosion affected the circuit. They went to check the other parts of the house and the lights could not be switched on. They clear up as much as they could and contacted the repair man to solve the issue. They were told that it will take at least a week to fix the problem.
There comes a problem.
Lisa would have no where to stay as it is not possible for her to live in a house with no electricity. Lisa glared at Kai as he's partly at fault. It sent chills down Kai's spine.
"You can come my house."
"What?!"
"Why not?"
"But..."
"But what?"
"How are you going to explain to your parents?"
"I have my way of hiding you there. Go pack your necessities."
Lisa went to pack and set off to Kai's house. She did not have much choice as she don't have much friends and hotels are too expensive.
