Baby steps.

Kai woke up and felt that something is missing. He opened his eyes and realised that Lisa wasn't there. He smiled and got out of bed to get ready. He didn't say a word to Lisa and did the usual.

After a shower, Lisa calmed herself little and started doing her hair and makeup. She got to look nice in her selfies at least. Suddenly, Kai popped his head at the door and asked Lisa if she was ready. This gave Lisa a shock and she scalded her thumb while styling her hair. She shrieked in pain. Kai wanted to go over but he held back. He shouldn't be too obvious.

They ate breakfast at the hotel. It was quiet. No one mentioned anything about last night.

Their first stop of the day is the Meiji Shrine. It is a Shrine dedicated to Emperor Meiji and it is surrounded by a forest. Lisa and Kai walked and around and enjoyed the tranquillity of the park. It calmed down Lisa's mind a little since the incident and the surrounding is so peaceful. A great way start their day.

Slowly, Lisa became more relaxed and started talking to Kai. Seeing that the tension between them decreased, Kai suggested taking a picture together. He found an old lady who was there to help them take a picture and said, "You guys look like a great couple!" Lisa understood what she said and she felt a little awkward as they are not a couple and never going to be one.

"What did she say?" Kai asked.

"Erm nothing, she said the background looked nice." Lisa lied.

The old lady return them his camera. They thanked the lady and continued walking. When it is reaching noon, they went to the main shibuya shopping area to do some shopping. As they both have things to get, Lisa suggested to split up. Kai was a little reluctant but agreed as Lisa insisted on it. They came to terms with the meet up timing and location.

Lisa was thankful for that free time she could get her mind sorted out and she could shop with no restrictions. Time flew real quick and it was time to meet Kai. When she reached the stipulated place, Kai was already there and he was drinking a drink.

" WOW seems like you went on a shopping spree."

"Yeap, everything is so nice here. Did you get anything?"

"Yeah, 3 sneakers."

"Oh not bad! Shall we move on to the next location?"

"Let's go for a tea break first."

"Okay!" Lisa agreed with sparkling eyes because who can say no to Japanese pastries?!

After that, they went to roppongi hills to do somemore shopping and ate dinner. Then they went to the Tokyo tower to take a look and take some photos. They concluded their day after seeing the Tokyo tower.

"Seems like we have 2 days that do not have much schedule. Go what can we do." Kai said while driving back.

"Okay."

Very soon, they reached the hotel but Lisa have yet to find enough attractions to fill up the 2 days. Lisa suggested Disney land but Kai refused as he insisted that he's to man for that.

"Go wash up first then you come over. We'll discuss together. " Kai said while casually entering Lisa's room. And then entered his room via her room. Weird.

Lisa nodded her head to acknowledge. After washing up, she went over to his room. She remained standing until Kai told her that sit down. That's how uncomfortable Lisa felt when she's in his room.

" Why not we go kyoto? We can take a 3 hour ride to Kyoto via shinkansen and spend a night there? We can take the evening train back " Lisa suggested.

Kai immediately booked the rail tickets for the next morning. Kai went to search for their accommodation and found one really interesting one. Lisa liked it a lot too. However, the system indicated that only one room is available. They looked at each other, not knowing what to do. They really like the place but there's only one room. Kai saw it as a chance and booked it anyway. Lisa tried to convince him to find another place but he refused to. Kai said that he could sleep the sofa to calm Lisa down.

They need to leave the hotel at 7am tomorrow so they stayed up to plan their itinerary. By the time they were almost done planning, Lisa was already so sleepy that she slept on Kai's bed... AGAIN. Kai tuck her in bed, set the alarm and went to sleep as well.
