Indulge

Their first stop of the day was Kinkaku-Ji temple, also known as the golden pavilion.  
It is a zen Buddhist temple that everyone tourist must visit. The temple is covered in gold leaf and the sun rays cast a gold shimmering reflection on the pond. The scenery left everyone in awe.

While walking in the park, Kai suggested to take a picture together. Just as the photographer cued for the shot, Kai kissed Lisa's cheek. The action was perfectly timed and it was captured on camera. After that,they walked around the park while holding hands. Sometimes Lisa was so carries away that she indulge in the attention Kai showered her but when she realised that they were going too close, she will let go of Kai's hand. She's always in a confused state but she cannot deny that she actually enjoyed that.

After that they head to Gion, the geisha neighbourhood. The street is lined with wooden houses, selling traditional goods. There are a few "geishas" sight. Many are not real geishas, they are just pretending to be one. Shijo avenue is the most well preserved and popular Street but it is too commercialised for Lisa's liking.

As the night falls, they went to Shirakawa to have their dinner before they head back. They dined by the famous Shirakawa canal. The restaurant was by the canal and it was surrounded by willows. The view was spectacular and Lisa wanted to stay here forever to see how this view will change as the season change.

When they finished their dinner, they set off to the train station to take the train back to Tokyo.

By the time they reached Tokyo, it was very late at night. They went back to their hotel and quickly showered so they could sleep. Lisa thought she would be sleeping alone tonight but Kai came into her room and slept on her bed.

"What are you doing in my room? AND ON MY BED?!"

"Tired."

"Don't you have a room?"

"Your favourite bolster and pillow reporting to work."

"What....." Lisa blushed. She's reluctant to admit that she slept well when she's with him.

Lisa carefully climbed onto the bed and quickly fell asleep.
