Plane ride.

D-day arrived. Kai picked Lisa up and headed for the airport. Since Lisa don't know much about the details of the trip, she just followed Kai. She didn't realise they were at the business class lane until she reached the counter. As they did their check-in, Lisa asked why did Kai book the business class seat and asked if she could change to economy class. Kai just smirked and didn't say anything. When they are done, they headed to the lounge for breakfast.

And hour later, they boarded the plane. It's her first time taking business class so she's a little excited. From the lounging experience to the seat, they are new experiences for her. If not for Kai, she might need to wait a few more years before she can finally fly via business class.

As soon as they settled down, Kai started going through the in flight entertainment while Lisa flipped the catalogue. Since it's still early in the morning, Lisa's lids got heavier as she read through the magazine. She gave up reading and closed her eyes. Very soon, she fell into deep sleep. She got no idea what happened until 3 hours later.

While Lisa was asleep, Kai occasionally turned to look at her as she looked so comfortable to the extent of not looking very glam. It's quite funny and oddly attractive. Since Lisa's arm was on the arm rest, Kai took a close look at her hands and played with her fingers.

"Fat and shirt fingers," he said.

He was very careful with his actions as he did not want Lisa to wake up and catch him in action. He cannot explain why his doing this let alone explaining to Lisa. It is definitely not because the in-flight entertainment  is boring, that's for sure. Kai soon fell asleep and woke up slight before meal time. He quickly retract back his hand that was originally on Lisa's hand. After that, he waked Lisa up for her meal and pretended nothing happen.

Lisa woke up to ate her meal. Wow business class food is really different. She cleared the plate, feeling satisfied. Since she cannot sleep on full stomach, she decided to watch a movie. She was considering to talk to Kai but it's still quite difficult to have a comfortable conversation with him. (especially after THAT incident)

Very soon, it was dessert time and they were given one small tub of ice cream. Lisa looked delighted and immediately ate the ice cream. Looking at how Lisa got all excited at a small tub of ice cream, Kai offered to give his to her.

"You don't want it?"

"No."

"Why? You don't like ice cream?"

"Erm I dont like praline flavour. You can have it." Kai lied.

Kai is pretty okay with Praline ice-cream but he lied because he wanted to make Lisa happy. ( oh boy you're starting to like her right)

" Oh, thank you then! It's my favourite ice cream flavour! What do you like?"

"Cookies n cream."

"Oh, I know a place that sells really good cookies n cream ice cream? I bring you there next time?"

The tension sort of melted with the help of ice cream.
